These terms cover musalacon.com and the Musalacón Property Portal at app.musalacon.com. Musalacón is a private ranch at 25500 River Road, Cloverdale, California.
This website
musalacon.com is information about the property. The photos, logo and text belong to Musalacón; please ask before using them.
The Property Portal
The Portal is a private tool for the people who run and work on the property. Access is by invitation only, and an administrator can change or remove access at any time.
- Keep your password to yourself, and tell us right away if you think someone else has used your account.
- Use the Portal only for work on the property. Don’t try to reach parts of it you weren’t given access to, and don’t upload anything you don’t have the right to share.
- What you add to the Portal (records, photos, documents, notes) is kept as part of the property’s records, and stays there if your access ends.
We work to keep the Portal running and the information in it safe, but it is provided as is, without guarantees that it will always be available or error-free. How we handle information is described on the Privacy page.

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
