musalacon.com does not use cookies, analytics or tracking, and does not collect anything from visitors. If you email us, we use your message only to reply.

The Property Portal

The Portal is for invited people only. For each person it stores a name, email address, role and a hashed password, plus the records and files the team adds: equipment, vendors, work orders, proposals, invoices and documents. It uses one cookie to keep you signed in. We do not sell or share this information, and it is used only to run the property.

When someone uses “Fill from photo”, that photo is sent to Anthropic’s API to read the label, with location data removed first. Emails sent to the Portal’s mailbox by team members are read the same way so they can be filed.

Google account access

The Portal connects to one Google account, the Musalacón mailbox, with permission only to send email (for example, invitations to new users and invoices for approval). It does not read, store or share data from any Google account through this permission. The Portal’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
